This listing is for a macOS Sequoia SSD only and there is nothing else included.
The SSD has macOS Ventura installed on it and after a few changes in the BIOS it should be ready to run.
If a dual boot SSD is ordered, the other OS will be Windows 10, but you can request something different.
The Windows installation will require a license as it doesn't come with one setup.
The SSD can be installed into the laptop, but it is just a traditional SSD so it will fit in the spot where the disk tray was, but no hardware brackets are provided to secure it in that location.
Also note that the WIfi adapter in these systems is usually Intel and the drivers for the stock Intel Wifi might not work. There is no guarantees for the Wifi functionality even though the drivers are installed because they are still in Alpha stage and will have issues.
The easy way to get the wifi working properly would be use a USB adapter that is compatible with the drivers that were installed or replace the card with something that is more compatible with macOS.
